Covid 19 Guidelines and Policies
VANITY LUXE COVID-19 GUIDELINES/POLICIES
Please review our new guidelines/policies to help make your tattoo experience safe for you and us:
• If you have been ill in any way (this includes allergies) or have been in proximity with anyone who has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please contact via phone OR text at 901-826-9047, to reschedule your appointment. If you show up with symptoms, we will ask you to leave.
• If you are considered "HIGH RISK" for Covid-19 we request that you reschedule your appointment for your own safety.
• If you feel uncomfortable, upset, or cannot comply with our new guidelines, please text 901-826-9047and we will put you on a list for when we lift our Covid-19 guidelines. Please understand we do not know when that will be. We will be keeping these guidelines until our artists and clients feel comfortable lifting them.
• We are currently OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please do not stop-in unless you have an appointment or a consult scheduled with us. If you have any questions regarding a tattoo you may call us, text us, email us, or connect with us through social media and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• No food in the studio at this point. Bottled drinks may be brought in but must be stored in the designated area for each artist.
• If you have traveled via public transportation (planes, trains, buses) in the past 14 days we request that you reschedule your tattoo.
New steps when you arrive at Vanity Luxe for your appointment:
• When you arrive, please wait in your car and text us 901-826-9047 to let us know you have arrived. If you forgot your phone, please knock on our door.
• The tattoo consent form will provided, after you have confirmed that you have arrived. Please fill the form while you are waiting in your car for us to come to greet you.
• Upon arrival, we will come to your car and take your temperature with a digital, touchless thermometer.
• Clients and artists will wear masks while in the studio and during the tattoo process. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
• Please only bring essential items into the studio such as phones, glasses, credit cards, or medically necessary items. These items will be disinfected if possible.
• Upon entering our building, clients will be asked to wash their hands for 30+ seconds at our designated handwashing stations supplied with hand soap and single-use paper towels.
• Clients will no longer wait in the waiting room but in the artist’s areas to keep distance between each other.
• COME ALONE. Guests will be asked to leave.
• We will not be doing face or neck tattoos. This ensures that the artist is not too close to the client's face and you to the artists.
